Reports
Cross-site reports for stakeholders. Every tab is workspace-scoped (all sites in the active workspace) and shows real data — no SEO performance integration is required.
Pulse
The Monday-morning headline tab. Shows this calendar month at a glance:
- Briefs created / approved / failed
- Drafts created / approved / failed
- Internal links added (link opportunities marked applied)
- Pages refreshed (approved drafts whose brief is for an existing page)
- Per-day spark bars for briefs and drafts (last 30 days)
- Per-user breakdown table (top 8 by combined brief+draft activity)
Each metric shows a delta vs the previous full month.
Per-site footprint
One row per site. Columns:
- Pages indexed (non-excluded pages)
- Articles approved this month
- Open link opportunities
- 12-week articles-approved bar chart
Brief → Draft funnel
Pipeline metrics for the last 30 days:
- Brief stage — created / approved / failed counts plus median time to approval
- Approved brief → first draft — bottleneck count (approved briefs without a draft yet) and median time to first draft
- Draft stage — created / approved / failed plus median time to approval
- Stuck approved briefs — list of approved briefs older than 7 days with no draft generated
Quota
Same six quotas shown on workspace settings, plus a linear forecast. For monthly counters, the forecast projects month-end usage based on your daily rate and tells you whether you're on or off pace. If you're off pace, it estimates the date you'll hit the limit.
The forecast is a simple linear projection of month-elapsed days. It doesn't account for weekends, end-of-month rushes, or seasonality. Treat it as a directional indicator, not a precise estimate.
What's not in Reports
- SEO ranking / traffic data — WordBinder doesn't integrate with Google Search Console, GA4, or rank trackers. Reports is about your content operations, not your search performance.
- API spend / cost — visible to you in admin tooling but not surfaced in the workspace Reports section.
