FAQ

What's the difference between a brief and a draft?

A brief is the structural plan — outline, FAQ, schema, link recommendations, target word count. You review and edit it before a draft is generated. A draft is the full article that follows the approved brief. Briefs cost less to regenerate than drafts; the point is to lock the strategic decisions before spending resources on prose.

Why do briefs and drafts have separate quotas?

Generating a brief is cheap — it's one SERP fetch plus a structured-output API call. A draft is a long-form generation that costs much more. Splitting the quotas means you can iterate on briefs (try multiple angles for the same keyword) without burning your draft budget.

Can I create more than one workspace?

No. Each user owns exactly one workspace — their own account. To work on additional projects, get invited to someone else's workspace, or have them create a workspace and invite you. Workspaces, members & roles

How do I delete an account?

Account deletion is owner-only and permanent. Contact us if you need to delete your workspace; we'll process the deletion manually for now while we build a self-service flow.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Sites, briefs, drafts, and pages are retained while the workspace exists. If the workspace is deleted, all related rows are deleted with it. Exports — markdown and HTML — should be downloaded before cancellation if you want copies.

Why isn't my keyword discovery running?

Keyword discovery is rate-limited per site. Each call is one DataForSEO Labs request — too many in succession would burn through API budget. The cooldown is shown on the Refresh queue page; click Discover keywords when the cooldown expires.

Why does the brief/draft generation say it's still "Generating" 5 minutes later?

Most generations finish in 20–90 seconds. If a job hangs longer than that, the queue worker may have been killed mid-job (Plesk task cap), or the upstream API may be slow/erroring. Check Admin → Jobs & errors. You can usually Regenerate the brief or draft to retry.

What happens if I exceed my plan quota?

The action is blocked with an error message pointing at the quota that was hit. Other quotas keep working. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month.

Why doesn't WordBinder publish to my site directly?

Intentionally. We export markdown and HTML; you publish via your CMS or static-site tool. This keeps WordBinder's surface area small (no CMS integrations to maintain) and keeps you in control of how, when, and where content goes live.

Does WordBinder support languages other than English?

Not yet. The skill packs and SERP analysis are English-only at launch. Multi-language support is on the roadmap once the English skills are stable.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us via the contact page. Include your workspace name and the page URL where you saw the issue. Bug reports during the beta phase get prioritized.
